The client sends us their broken product and within 24 hours we send the client a refurbished product so that they can get their system back up as soon as possible.

Step One:

Within 24 hours our team will mail a refurbished & fully tested unit to the client.

Step Two:

Client receives refurbished unit along with a 1 year guaranteed warranty

Step Three:

Client removes broken unit from their system and mails unit to our Sacramento facility
